Uneasy Allies No Tech Reward

Managed to complete the new mission, Uneasy Allies, however I did not receive my ultra purple tech upgrade. Claimed my Romulan Naval Armor no problem but I was not given the ultra purple tech upgrade. This stinks & I'm sure I'm not going to get any help on this issue. Filed a ticket, why I don't know, # 3,322,922 today, March 26th, 2015.

    Per account or per character? I had done it w/ a different character before & she got the reward no problem. If it's per account then all I can say is that is lame!

    How positively lame & cheap as hell. What's my incentive to do this then w/ all my toons? This game is beyond worthless now.

    Check your materials tab. It doesn't go into your items.

    Your perception. There's definitely stuff wrong in this game, but giving away free upgrades (the omega games?) isn't one of them.

    I did, not there. I even made sure I didn't vendor it. Once per week, what a joke. Can Cryptic be any more cheap/greedy/lame? Time to find a new MMO.

    Oh it was bugged for me too. You die in the energy/gas room & respawn on the other side of the door & can't get back in the room. Beam up & you're outside Hobus still, so you have to figure out to travel to Nopada to continue & get back in. Then, after you get through the room & face the Iconians, once again you can't get through the door & have to beam up & then beam back down, where it puts you back in the Nopadan desert, but @ least you're done. Of course, you don't get another ultra purple tech upgrade then if you've done it w/ another toon. Pointless.
