Boff's leaving stations

Does anyone else have a problem with Boff's being assigned to stations and then when you log back on they are gone, all command stations are empty and have to reassign them?

Yes many of us do. Usually when going from ground maps to space.

Assuming you have your load out saved try this:

1. Go to the stations tab and then back to the ship status screen.
2. Re-load your loadout.

Sometimes it works and puts them back. Sometimes though, not always

I really only do doff missions, and it happens when I log out and log into another character, hopefully then can figure out whats wrong and fix it.

They have tried to fix it before but its crept back again. As far as I can tell its not directly linked to the load out system but it seems to help bringing them back sometimes.

Try moving out a console from your build, put it back and then re-save the load out. Then see if they still disappear when you log back in to do your doffing.

I noticed that i have that Problem almost everytime in my Eclipse but hat it not once in my Command Cruisers or my Samsar

One thing I have noticed seems to mess with my seating is whenever I recieve a new ship (I dont have to swith to it) ALL Boffs from ALL my charecters get up and take a coffee break, always fun when I was jumping 3 toons for CC the last couple of weeks.

I unboxed my Samsar for the console on it on my Fed-Tac and jumped to my KDF-Sci and promptly jumped the queue from a ground map, when I got to CC my tray was (almost) empty, cost me first place, while I had to stuff my people back where they go.
I then logged into my Fed-Eng and her bridge was empty as well.

It's happened several times in other situations but again two days ago when my KDF-Tac got promoted to Capt. got his new ship and my Boffs all must have gone to celebrate his promotion...

KDF-Sci has command T6
Fed-Eng has Samsar
Fed-Tac has command T6

Have had it happen on intel ships, com ships, lobi, lockbox, promo ships.

Happens when I change traits on one toon, then log to the other and boffs are gone.

Have space gear visuals turning themselves on/off.

Have boffs reverting to their starting skill sets on ground and space.

Happens when I put a new stack of batteries on a ship.

Happens when I swap between maps.

Just doesn't seem to be any ryhme or reason for it aside from making a change of any type seems to trigger it most often.

This issue has been "fixed" in i believe 7 patches now (seriously, check patch notes) Personally feel like this is the screamingly most important needed fix atm, idk which team the fix needs to come from but I can't believe they've allowed it to go on for this long. Carries a HUGE impact on game play, have seen fights break out in stfs because someone gets accused of lurking when they're just trying to fix boffs.
