Bugged mastery Tier 3 passive on the Kar'fi carrier

Upon upgrading and 'mastering' (leveling) the Kar'fi carrier, I've noticed the damage values on all my weapons remained identical as before the upgrade. Since the 3rd mastery passives states it grants +10% energy and +10% kinetic damage, it's clearly bugged. No gear, traits or skills have been changed, the ship had identical subsystem power and was under no abilities or effects.

The other mastery passives work correctly: the first does indeed shorten the CD on hangar pets, the second does grant +10% hull hp and the fourth does grant +10% shield hp.

    I thought that was fixed, along with hanger cooldown

    I still use this ship (fleet) more than any of my others, any insights into this would be appreciated

    The hangar cooldown reduction deginitely works, I've gone from 43 secs to 33 secs on Fer'jai hangar CD (at low Auxiliary power).

    Even if fixed, the damage bonus will be minimal (a third of a purple Mk XII tac console) from the third mastery passive. It's just that currently the bonus is inexistant. And I'd rather a small bonus than nothing at all.

    What I report here for the Kar'fi is that it doesn't get any bonus at all from 'Enhanced weapons systems'. Not even the 1,5% or whatever it gives on escorts.
