Incite Chaos ability is spreading to friendly NPCs and teammates if the enemy uses AOE attacks or manages to strike a friendly during confusion.
The ability itself casts Chaos_Immune mode on the user, which saves him from the effect, but friendlies aren't affected by this mode.
Is this a bug, or is it working as intended? I understand that allowing for chaos_immune mode for the whole team would be quite powerfull, but on the other hand this ability is essentially useless on many, if not most team based PvE missions, as with Incite Chaos IV the spread chance is guaranteed.
The possible fix would be to make chaos_immune mode affect the whole team. In turn its duration could be shortened.
