Item rarity bug

Got a strange drop yesterday - a white mk vii transphasic torp launcher but with three mods (acc, crtd and dmg) which should make it a purple... Is this a known issue? I've put it on the Exchange but presumably it won't come up under rare. Stats checked out against a vanilla version.

The item dropped in a farming run of the Adm. BoBo foundry mission, if that might cause it?
