Crystal Shards not being Accepted towards Project

Currently have 11/14 Shards contributed. 2 Shards in inventory, however, when I click 'Contribute", slide the bar all the way to the right (2 shards are acknowledged by display), then click "OK" the contribution box disappears but the 2 shards are not counted. The "Contribute" button on the project screen remains lit in blue and I can repeat the contribution process with the same result.

I've tried logging out, rebooting, changing characters and nothing seems to work. Will do CCA again later today and see if the same thing happens with another shard.

Please fix this so I can obtain the rewards for the CC Event.

did you check your overflow bag? When they're in your bag they will show up to go into a project but won't get into the project.

Do you have any shards in the overflow? If there is one shard in overflow, it will not let you contribute the ones on your inventory.

You guys are pure genius. That's exactly what was the problem; shards in overflow bag.
