Broken Upgraded Weapons (S10 Related)

This is different info on this than just reporting and complaining past bugs.
A couple of weeks back Frost suggested it was fixed on Tribble for Season 10.
So I went to Tribble and LO AND BEHOLD IT WAS FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hat tip to Frost! I was satisfied to just wait it out.
Tribble was patched again today. Logged in to check the new skill trees.
Weapon broken AGAIN!
The only thing though is that instead of the trait symbols and it not firing, they are now the MELEE symbols and punching 1 and 2 make you melee if you are in melee range.
So y'all broke what ever you fixed.

I played with it for a while, equipped, unequipped etc.
I alt tabbed out to post this report, alt tabbed back to tribble .... and its fixed again!
