Perfect World Wallet shutdown

Couldn't find an answer for my question, so I will post here. Will this affect my ability to use Perfect World prepaid cards for my STO account?

    So I read the article you linked very carefully trying to get every detail on how it will affect Arc Wallet users. If you use the Arc Wallet system instead of buying zen using the charge button or buy it from the popup window in game that shows you your choices of buying zen, then you have nothing to worry about. Since using the allowed web based companies, like paypal, and prepaid card numbers, whether you bought them in a store or a website digitally and had the codes emailed to you. again you have nothing to worry about. Hope this is the answer you're seeking.
