"faction-wide bonus" means a choice of Fed or KDF, or a choice of Fed or Rom or KDF?
How many times would I have to grind up if I want this bonus for all or the majority of my toons?
I don't even know that I have time to grind up one. Or that I want to. I guess I do, there's a build idea I want to try, but I think I might just be better off getting a respec token.
I'm not too fond with the requirement to join a fleet at level 30
I'm not familiar with this requirement of which you speak... where did you see that?
This is what I saw:
Being a Delta Recruit means more than just racing up the levels. Recruits who are at least level 30 get a task to join a Fleet. This brings with it some fantastic rewards that will really help Fleets achieve whatever projects they are working on completing.
So, it's a task. Doesn't say optional, mandatory, or otherwise so far. And it's a Delta Recruit task which means it applies to these Delta Recruit characters. No indications yet that it applies to any others. Finally, I don't read where it says you have to stay in a fleet after you get the rewards. So it's not exactly enforced fleet membership. No different from people joining a fleet long enough to trade in Fleet Marks for Fleet Credits or to buy a ship.
