Practice Tactical Exercises V:
This project has two slots for Tactical/Security Officers, but one only takes Tactical, the other only takes Security.

Provision Military Operational Assets V:
So why does this Project cost different resources for the Fed vs KDF?
Fed version takes (150) Operational Department Duty Officers
KDF version takes (90,000) Dilithium
