Perfect World Account Link Reward?

Hi STO,


Not sure if this clarifies as a bug, but the item "Perfect World Account Link Reward" is now showing up for me to claim. It is showing up as AVALIABLE but it is only displaying in the store whilst my inventory is full.

When I remove something from the inventory, the item in the store vanishes. I have not previously opened this item before. Can I have some assistance from STO to help me understand this please?

I know there are a lot of bug reports out there, but even just an automated response will suit me, bugs need adressing but people are reporting them and they are getting ignored...
