Shield Facing Value Dropped After Todays Patch!

Previous to todays patch my shield facings were at just under 15K each. After loggin in a few minutes ago and checking multiple social zones, my shield facings have dropped to 9.5K each, the base value of my shield. Its not adding on bonuses from my deflector and other set abilities.

Spoken to a few people in game and I am not the only one affected...
