I like the idea of earning more boffs as you continue to earn diplomatic XP. I'd even be OK with spending the XP and losing out on the fleet marks it would bring.
I also like the idea of a store for EC and/or dil, though I think 45K dil is a bit much. I need that dil for gear upgrades!
Making them character-bound means people will do it for their own crew, not to sell.
Even better for me would be removing the need for Romulan boffs. Give us a way to add the Superior Operative and Pirate trait to other races so I can have Vulcan and Human buffs without giving up on the all-important DPS.

Now after levelling my delta recruits i think that Season 10 shoudl bring a cross-faction Doff store.
WE all work together now. Only the first missions are about the Wars so give us access to AllBoffs. Normal Boffs for EC and other Factions for Dilithium. It doesn´t have to be much dilithium.
i said that several times already: a while ago we had to pay 500 Zen for a Caitian BOff now i can get a whole away team for not even 1000 dilly. So the y really don´t need to cost that much since thre are already enough things we can and do spend money on.
And i also say that Boffs should get access to more uniforms incl. off-duty even Bikinis an Romulans should have access to all the Uniforms of their allies.
i don´t want to revive that old discussion but let me say/ask: cropped Tops are okay? its okay for Officers to wear the Winter jacket (which has to be some kind of uniform then)? Orion Girls can run around with barely something on? we can wear Uniforms of all our Enemy Races and even from the future? But a we can't wear Swimwear, our Boffs can't and thea can't wear other Lobi clothes either. Why?
I and my Boffs can wear my Winter clothes anywhere but only i can wear the Summer event clothes and only on Risa? come on. Who would be disturbed by that? If anyone can´t handle seeing players in Swimwear they should be disturbed by Orion Girls too don't you think?
