Talaxian Team Bonus traits not applying

When a Talaxian joins a queue the healing and Skill point bonuses are not applied initially when you match begins except for when you are on team and on the same map before you begin.
If the talaxian player dies in the match you will get the bonuses once he respawns.
BC (Before Cyber's death)
AC (After Cyber's Death)
We are only showing the Loyalty trait as it is visual. The Team heal bonus is a bit harder to show as it only gets applied after the heal is used and is not reflected on the tray.
So if you are not on the same map and on same team and if the talaxian don't die then there is no bonuses for the team.
