Howdy, this bug affects the following fleet projects on the Starbase:
- Reinforce Local Systems
- Ongoing Research Projects
- Support Local Systems
At any tier, these projects reward 5 Buff Provisions, yet the cost scales up significantly as you hit higher tiers.

I knew using Kinetics would be playing the game on hard mode, but what I didn't realize was how bad the deck is stacked against Kinetics.
The Tier 0 project (the one without a roman numeral) should have been rewarding 5 provisions, with each subsequent tier increasing by an additional 5. We have fixed this data oversight internally, and it will appear in a future build.
To clarify:
Tier 0 = 5 provisions
Tier 1 = 10 provisions
Tier 2 = 15 provisions
Tier 3 = 20 provisions
Tier 4 = 25 provisions
Tier 5 = 30 provisions
