Zen Refresh Time?

when you buy the maximum zen pack how long typically is it before it becomes available again?
ive waited now over 24hrs and still its not refreshed/not available

also why are we limited on how much zen we can buy at any 1 time, it sucks :(:confused:

    Plain and simple, Fraud Prevention. It prevents thief's from stealing someone credit card and maxing it out on zen purchases.

    I've bought zen a few times and never hit any limit, How much are you buying o.O
