No Reclaim Borg Drones for Roms?

I cant say this with certainty and maybe someone else can disprove this...

Since the last major patch a few weeks ago, I have gotten the Reclaim Borg Drones DoFF assignment 2-3 X each on Fed and KDF. Have yet to see it on my Romulan.

    Been monitoring this since the patch.

    Get it on KDF and Fed toons like clockwork and have done it once a week since the patch.

    Have yet to see it at all on my Romulan.

    Unless some other Romulan can chime in that they have seen it, I'm calling this a bug
