Rep Projects Require Another Project Started to Award Award

Doing Romulan Rep projects. Projects completes, nothing. Start another project an the award from the last one finally appears

    Are you talking about the little boxes that give equipment?

    Those are given when you start the project, as a little immediate gift.

    Don't worry about it ;). This game doesn't explain things very well (or often, at all).
