No Free Ship Level 10 - Romulan Force

Well, as the name implies...
So I am playing on a new Rom character and I got to level 12 while playing the game. The problem I am having is that I never got the new free ship token at all... And I have no idea who to talk to too because I never played on Rom side until now. So if anyone knows how I can get my level 10 ship (which is supposed to be the Dhelan Warbird) do let me know!

    I've seen this reported during every bonus XP weekend. Apparently the Romulans need to reach a certain mission (I think 'Turning Point', where you choose your ally) before they get the option to pick up their next ship.
    Join date is wrong, I've actually been around since STO Beta.
    True alters don't have a "main". Account wide unlocks for all unique event rewards!!
