"Enhanced Maneuvering Systems" item showing up at each map change

I have a weird bug since the latest patch:

Everytime I go to another map on my fed character (which is the first one I logged as since the patch), a "Enhanced Maneuvering Systems" item with the word "Primary" on a green square as an icon shows up in my overflow bag. Sometimes, I even get 2 at once.

I go from a space sector map to a space sector map? I get this item.
I go from a bridge map to ground map? I get this item.
I go from system map to space sector map? I get that item.
I log in as this character? I get that item.
I use a transwarp? I get that item.
I go from system map to ground map? I get 2 of that item.
I leave a PvE instance? I get 2 as well.

The only moments I don't get it is when I go from a ground map to a system map or join a PvE instance.
Restarting the game did nothing to fix that.
