Doff Buff Filled Inventory/Doest apply Buff

I completed a doff Personal Assignment and got a Buff for Enhanced Engineering systems. It created about 7 of these. They can not be used only discarded. They don't have the right icon and have one that simply says PRIMARY in green

    This is not a Doff bug, but is actually related to a few Console Set bonuses. We're aware of the bug and have already fixed it internally.

    If you're experiencing this, you can freely discard the items without suffering any ill effects.

    ok that makes sense I believe I leveled Eng in R&D while completing all my morning missions
