Can not slot reputation mission to claim anniversary ship

I'm unable to slot the Event reputation mission to claim the Anniversary cruiser; whenever I attempt to do so on any characters who don't already have it, I just see "No Projects Available". This happens with both a level 15 and level 34 character (one has completed Dust to Dust, one has just done the Omega particle mission from Q to get the Q-mendations). I know the anniversary is ending soon, but this problem has been going since the 24th...
