The engineering trait EPS Manifold Efficiency does not buff the Red Matter Capacitor.
How to reproduce! (The bug, I mean.)
1) On an Engineer, equip both the Red Matter Capacitor and the engineering space trait EPS Manifold Efficiency.
2) While the tooltip will list the RMC's +25 power and the bonus +10 power to subsystems, the bonus +10 power will be absent if the RMC is activated.
3) Be sad.
