DOFF and Crafting Missions Not Completing

I am currently experiencing a bug where on one character my missions will not finish completing, including my crafting missions. I have attempted the following fixes:

* Logging out
* Logging in other characters. Playing / DOFFing / Researching on other characters.
* Zoning.
* Abandoning DOFF assignments (I receive the abandon message, but the mission remains).
* Waiting 24 hours.

This is my primary character and to have so much of the play experience locked out is quite disheartening. I have placed an in-game bug report, but as with my half year and year-old reports I just received an instant message saying "thanks for the report" and it is now marked as responded to.

What should I do?

    You're not alone mate. Happened on one of my toons as well. All assignments are about 30 hrs overdue

    Just a little update. Doffing is still completely broken (as in not being able to finish) on one of my toons.
