Fleet Uniforms seems broken

I deleted the first fleet uniforms that I created, as I wasn't happy with them.

Now when I go to add a new fleet uniform, I click OK, and nothing appears. I tried using different names than the first three, and no difference.

Typically, if you add anything to your uniform choice for your fleet that is not a basic generic part, than most often it will not actually be available as a fleet uniform option.

Granted, sometimes it is made obvious by, listing the selected piece(s) are un-lockable/bought and, cannot be a part of the fleet uniform but, other parts are not made obvious and, can be saved but, will not be actually made available as a fleet uniform.

Trust me, I have gone thru this garbage a lot and, we are pretty much restricted to the most basic of uniform choices, for them to be actually useable for fleet uniforms.

I'll give it a try again this evening, but 99% sure the uniform only had Odyssey uniform parts, only difference being the Odyssey 1 combadge instead of the default ones.

I think the combadge is your problem. If I remember correctly, that's unlocked by buying it from the Fleet Tailor. It's not a default part.

You can't have any Rank Pips... Thats the biggest thing, you should be able to use the Ody combadges, but you can't have Rank Pips

It was the rank pips. Seems the Oddy 1 combadge is OK, think the Oddy 2 one is not.

Wish it would have told me that though.

That's the major problem, that took me awhile to figure out.

Some parts will show up as not being an allowable option, while some of the seemingly more generic stuff, also turns out to be a no no but, it doesn't actually tell you No.

Also, if you find that the fleet emblem doesn't seem to become an option for your fleet uniforms, it is because someone else has the EXACT same one and, by exact I mean exact.

All you need do is some tiny little difference (size,color,angle,etc.) and, it will usually resolve the issue.
