Fleet Ha'af Upgrade Skin Missing Lights?

I have a Fleet Ha'af upgraded to 5U. The nose has 3 lights on it, one on top, 3 on bottom.
Every other of the 7 skins has a light there. Except the Upgraded texture which just looks like a hollow tube.
I am not sure if this was a design decision or if the lights were just erroneously omitted
