When more than one ship with Weapons Efficiency come within range of each other, the effect strobes rapidly. As a friend of several players with Epilepsy, they have to actually stop playing when this happens to protect themselves.

Borticus, you need to get this to stop. It's been in since Season 9, it's been here long enough.
