Windows and Material Still Linked in Ship Tailor

Been going on for a year at least. Have a Fleet Heavy Escort Carrier, Changing the windows changes the material as well when using the ship tailor. (tailors in general are acting wonky but that's another issue)

    Most likely will be another year before this bug is fixed,because of all the new bugs that get introduced with each new release or event it gets pushed farther down the list.
