Special envoy system broken for three years now

Special envoy system broken, When is this gooing to be fixt. You put it in game but it is'nt working for almost three years. (August 2012) Please fix this. And don't tell me the person that workt on this before is'nt working at cryptic anymore. fixt it or romove it. I paid for this game. So expext some to get something for it.

    This still exists?
    As far as I remember it never worked.... Even before 2012...
    Support more story content in STO

    Yeah it still exist. And is vissible at the Diplomacy Rep Rank 4.

    It doesn't do anything, it was something in the works, like Defera but half-assedly abandoned
