Romulan Costume Pieces Missing

I was updating my crew last night and on several BO's they lacked options for various Romulan Klingon Pieces. Most evident were pants but there were other pieces here and there. So might set the Top to Romulan Klingon but there were be no matching pants option, just Fauxpublic and Survivor.
Most crew members already had the pieces selected previously but when you go to edit screen the pants for instance changed to Dyson Sphere or what ever the voth costume was. And then there would be no option for the Romulan Klingon items
