Unable to drag hangar/carrier commands to tray

Hello all.

Prior to the latest patch I could drag hangar/carrier commands to my tray so I could control my pets without using the mouse. Now I'm unable to. Has anyone else experienced this?

    I have the issue of my Hangar Tray being completely gone... it's just no where to be found. I rearranged, reset everything.. nothing.

    I don't want to add it to my Space Abilities Tray.
