Inconsistent Singularity Meters - Command/Dyson ships

For some reason not all Romulan ships use the same Singularity meter. This is problematic because it means you have to manually fix the HUD when switching between these ships, because the different singularity meters are centered differently on the HUD editor element that represents the Singularity meter.

I haven't tested every Romulan ship at max level, but as far as I can tell, all of the original ships that shipped with LOR, the Scimitar 3 pack, the Ar'kif/Ar'kala, the Faeht and the Aelahl all use one version of the meter, the Dyson set uses a second version of the meter, that is both offset, and has the powers arrayed in a different order, which sucks for muscle memory as well, and the new Command 3 pack uses yet a third meter with a different offset from the other two, and looks liek the Singularity Powers are in the same order as the Dyson ships.

I'm attaching screenshots below to show what I am talking about.

Command Cruiser Singularity Meter - this one looks "right" because its the ships I am primarily using right now, so I adjusted the HUD.

Dyson Singularity Meter - You can see that it is overlaying other UI elements when left in the same location as the Command Ship Singularity Meter.

"Standard" Singularity meter as shown with the Faeht - as you can see this meter is even like the Dyson meter, still using the same HUD layout as the Command ship. This meter also shows the Singularity abilities from left to right in the order you learn them, and seem to be the most standard singularity meter that is used for the vast majority of Romulan Ships with Singularity powers. I would like to see the Dyson and Command ships moved to this standard.
