Fleet Holdings Special Project aesthetics not showing

Hello all,
Apologies in advance if this has been reported, I perused the history and did not find a similar issue. I filed a ticket initially with a GM, but they asked I post it as a bug report here.
The issue:
Last night on 2/12 our fleet completed 6 special projects, 2 for our Spire, 2 for our Embassy and 2 for our Mine. These projects were all dilithium projects that add an aesthetic upgrade to the holding. These projects were queued many moons ago when they were available.
All the upgrades that were first in the queue completed and aesthetics are showing - no problems. However, the projects that were behind them in the queue which we completed afterwards are not showing.
Those projects are:
Mine - Let the starlight in
Spire - Trophies of War
Embassy - Visiting Dignitaries
This represents about 600K dilithium, most of which was mine (what can I say, tax season was good to me), so I would appreciate any feedback. I logged in on 3 different characters to check and despite the projects completing, the above reward aesthetics are definitely not showing.
