Battle of Korfez - Benthan transports on 3rd stage still bugged

The Benthan transports on Battle of Korfez are still bugged if you get them on the 3rd stage.

The targeted Benthan Guard transport is finished its mission and is now warping out, with 99% hull, yet it will be counted as destroyed and the mission will fail.
This is during the first wave of transports, so how is it possible for some to have completed their mission (as evidenced by the blue part of the completion bar) yet 14/15 have been destroyed already?
When the ships complete their mission and warp out they are being counted as destroyed.
From what I can tell, this bug doesn't seem to happen if you get the Benthans on the 2nd stage.

I've yet to get the Benthans on the second phase to confirm it's not an issue there, but my experience in the third was exactly the same as the OP.
