$100 Zen purchase option?

So where's the $100 Zen purchase option gone on the website?
Currently there's $10, $20, $30, $50 and $200 for options.

That's a big gap after $50. Pretty sure there used to be a $100 option, and really should be offered.

    You can get to the $100 dollar option, you can go to your wallet and charge from there. I read on the PWE forums people we requesting the $200 dollar option be added to ARC ZEN screen.

    Not to be a smartxxx, but you could make (2) $50 purchases, right?

    Yeah mainly the extra fees I'm worrying about :)

    But yeah, ended up doing 2x $50 anyway cause no other choice I could see at the time.
