So i heard that i am unable to use my hull protection to 100%. Than i read that i was alowed to go up to 75% before you guys reduce the prodection stats.
So I have to tell you.

Son, what is wrong with you? I said it 75 religiously and I happen to know that there are some things that boost your resistance that are not on the diminishing scale they coded differently so what that means is technically................ technically you should be able to get more than 75 you need to calm your nerves and learn to play to be awesome in this game is a little like school you have to study and study more than one day you two will be awesome! By the way if you try to get to 75 or above and after doing everything you can only get to 51% you're doing it wrong (THATS WHAT SHE SAID )
