Reward notification window missing

I am not sure if this is the correct area to post my problem. My apologies if it is not.


For a while now I am missing the little window that pops up above the chat window and summarizes loot and xp rewards. Asking in game and searching on this forum did not lead to any hints how to get it back. Frankly, I don't even remember when exactly it stopped working, so reproducing steps is out of the question.

Does anybody have an idea how I managed to lose that window, and more importantly, how to get it back?

Click on the down arrow to the far right on the mini-map and go to "Notification Settings" and check the boxes under items.
