Collect 2015 Event Rewards Contribution Phantom Qmendations

I have completed Dust to Dawn and contributed the 400 rewarded Qmendations to the event reputation. However, any subsequent Qmendations I try to contribute do not appear to be counted if I slide the contribution number to maximum. If I contribute smaller amounts it will contribute. However, there seems to be a phantom "40"which appears on the contribution screen but not in my inventory...
