missing rewards on R&D assistance assignment successful completion

I ran the R&D assistance assignment and got a successful outcome however non of the items listed are in my inventory (3 x argonite, Zursalla crew member, plus additional )

I informed the GM and they suggested I post it here as well [ref 150203-001700 ]

hope you can fix it and get me my supplies.

Never did get my supplies or other rewards caused by this!
