from what i have seen else where i believe we are gettinf 3 fed battlecruisers one with mva console one with pets console and maybe just speculating the last part a big weapon console of some sort. all 3 of feds look like they designed to split up and one looks to have 2 vessels on back of its tail.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if all three of the FED ones were capable of splitting in some sort of fashion.
I can say right now, having seen the latest, the RR ships truly look awesome. The KDF ships truly look like a bag of bull; they're hideous.
The KDF ones look like Bortesqu 2.0. But not as imposing.
Then again, none of them really look like true Flagship-level Command ships, just C3I operations ships. Which pretty much mimic the real-life equivalents. Most of their hull dedicated to carrying the equipment necessary to command a major operation (I'd daresay that in-universe, these probably perform the equivalent of a Starbase's operations center).
