Ship Visuals Constantly Reset

Ok for most of us players, we realize all these issue are the same bug.
For at least a year I have never had a paint job last more that one zone in/out. I have given up on even bothering.
Now when I log in ship visuals reset. I mean space gear that has visuals options. Turn them all off, next time I take the ship out they are all back on.
So now I log in, redo all my bridge stations, make sure BOs still all have the correct skills, see which Doffs are still slotted, check gear to make sure nothing vanished or changed out, check tray for missing skills and then go in and turn off all the visuals I don't like. Then finally I can go and play what ever event we have to grind this month.
