Training Manual: Emergency Power to Auxiliary III not collecting

Last night I attempted to craft a Training Manual for Emergency Power to Auxiliary III. The project slotted fine. However, when the project completed, the slot emptied itself, and no training manual placed itself in my inventory, bank, r&d, or overflow. At no time did an option appear for me to collect the item. It went right from 0s to complete to an empty slot. I did attempt the project a second time, with the same results.
