High Pitch in "Empress Sela"

There seems to be a high pitched Keening noise coming from apparently the plants in the diplomatic meeting room at the beginning of the mission "Empress Sela" , doesn't seem to be a hardware issue because i've used more than one sound device, and it appeared in both the Tribble and holodeck versions of the mission. extremely grating on the ears and totally out of place, so i assume it isn't on purpose. created a ticket as well

nothing heard so far on this issue, but someone i play with confirmed their computer does the same thing
