Sound Issue

So yesterday everything was fine, today however, every time I play the game, something happens to the sound that makes it only come out of one of my speakers. Like the balance is shifting all to the left. What's interesting is that the left speaker is not the speaker that receives the audio input from the computer, that would be the right, but the right seems to stop working in-game.

What's doubly "awesome" is that the problem persists outside of the game until I reboot my computer. After that it's fine until I go back to the game.

Update: Sound no longer re-balances after rebooting. This game has now completely borked my sound.
