Delta Quadrant Duty Officers Pack Doffs not claimable

Hi,
used the Delta Pack when it comes out but a few days later i see i dont claim the Doff´s from the Delta Quadrant Duty Officers Pack.
I try to reclaim it from Zen Store which was no problem, i get it but i cant open it if i try it shows me a little Picture from the Talaxian Doff which is in the Pack and says i can own only one of these.
I looked in my Doff roster but there is non of the 3 Doffs, plz help me because the Ingameticket is untouched by support since November last Year!

System says i have the Okampa and cant open the Box but i cant find her in miy Doff Rooster.
