3000 zen gone

I had little bit over 3000 zen saved up for lockboxes keys

less than 30 min ago my fed toon start to received weird warning "login_double lo" warning

and then I tried to log with other toons but doesnt work

when I do manage to get back

All my zens are gone (except a few ...)

First I find it a bit hilarious... on the day i was expecting something free

But after I have chat with some other players

one of they speculates that my account may have been TRIBBLE

That worries me greatly

Since I got a lot stuffs accumilated in the years.... ( my precious starbase ! )

I would like to know if anyone had the same type or similair experience

and if it was possible my account was TRIBBLE

if so , is it linked to the weird warning I read?

or it is taken in the time when I was not online?

(update: I am checking everything at my end ,
so far I fail to find any traces of another comp was logged to this acc )

    I would change your password, and activate account guard if you haven't done so. Further, contact customer service about the hack.

    I have been using it for very long time....
    if that is the system that pop up
    asking for a code sent to you mailbox
    if you log in the game from a new computer.

    Log_In Double popped up while you were playing STO and you got kick right? That means someone logged into the account you were on while you where on it and it kicked you. I would suspect foul play. Has your email been TRIBBLE or have you had any email for cryptic asking to confirm a new computer?

    I 've been checking everything at my end ( the whole day) ,

    but I cant find anything indicated stuffs like that.

    So far it doesnt make sense that only zen missing...

    yet plenty other items with greater value are still in storage

    the log in double things werent new, when I mention it in chat,

    some seems to be familair with it

    and says maybe to link to the (new) patch to improve stability

    double log in only means one thing... while you were on someone else logged into your account and booted ya.

    if you dont see any emails asking you to confirm a pc... then your pc's email was also TRIBBLE...

    go change your email addy and account passwords, contact customer service and maybe they can get your zen back.

    Make sure you send an email with your info and details on what happened and when, to the following email address:

    customer.service@perfectworld.com
