So Many Crashes

The numbering is going to be for both scenarios and the possible crash triggers. If this doesn't help, Cryptic, then I might figure out how to elaborate some more.
1. This one has two examples. I was playing the advanced version of the Crystaline Catastrophe and a Delta Quad. patrol (forgot the specific one) with my fleet, the first being on several occasions, and the game crashes once I fly into the area where the most action is taking place.
2. This one only happened once, but when I was mining for dilithium in the Fleet Mine in the area with the pure or ultra pure (the one with the nav. beacons leading to it) the game crashed once I reached the specified ore.
3. So we all know that Fleets are like a way of socialization. When I see that the chat is quiet, I check the roster. Well what do you know, the game crashes when I browse through it.
4. Anything involving maps on the Foundry, however in some cases it takes a little while longer. When I try to make a ground map, it takes a few moments, but when I try to make an object interactable on said map, for example, the game crashes roughly five seconds later.
5. Another problem with the Foundry I experienced is that whenever I try to make a custom character through the costume tab, the game crashes if I don't hurry myself.
