Random Crashes are back

Since the latest patch I'm again crashing randomly (e.g. in Sector Space with no action taken but travelling through space; in PVE matches; etc). Crashing seems independent from total online time (can happen a few minutes after logging in to a hour or so), leading to the assumption it's not a memory leak.

This whole behaviour first occurred after the release of Delta Rising and from my perspective it's a compatibility problem within the DirectX environment, ie. you (Cryptic) are using functions of DX11 with are causing problems on machines which are running DX9. It was already fixed a couple of weeks after DR was released, but now it's re-introduced again.

As experienced in the past this bug will probably affect any user still relying on a DX9 environment (eg. older Windows systems; Mac systems emulating Windows; etc). While this state persists, the game is rather unplayable for said audience.

There's a shader complilation failure in DX9 mode, DX9ex mode crashes constantly for me, and DX11 mode always ends up with texture corruption just prior to crashing after around 10-30 mins of play.

So in conclusion there is something seriously wrong with all three modes. The DX11 issues have been present since it's addition for me (over 3 DX11 compatible gfx cards), whereas the DX9 shader issue was introduced with DR release. The DX9 ex issues I only encountered by using it as a workaround for the DX11 problems. I can't run in DX9ex mode as a result.

With the crashes in DX11 mode I usually need to do a file verification as it'll corrupt one or two texture files everytime.
