I do not understand your time frame, in sorting out general game play problems!!, as much as I understand that there are, and can be technical issues, you being a multi billion dollar company with very bright Ladies and gentleman with very large IQ'S, CANNOT SOLVE A SIMPLE PROBLEM, as a internal gaming issue, your customers, need to know that your arm chair attitude and lack of information to said public, IS ACTUALLY in hand, we are paying you to provide at least some sort of solution to this perplexing problem, in stead of receiving answers off candy lacquered information.
