Really dont understand how rep works

Ok I select what project to put in the columns..I fill the marks the EC etc etc and collect the awards..
But once I fill tier one I just get boxes that say No Projects Available.. So I cant go any further on any project on any type of rep.

WHat am I not understanding here?

    In the third project slot once you hit a new tier, you have to slot the "Claim tier X Reputation" project and complete that, then you can continue with further projects.

    I dont think I have even seen one.. All I have are lots of No Projects Available..Am I looking in the wrong place

    There are 3 rows... once you cant put more projects into the first two, look in the third for a "claim Tier X"...
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...

    Thanks ..sorted it.. I had clicked the wrong thing into the upgrade slot and not realised I should cancel it
